David founded Remod Exteriors with a clear mission: elevate the exterior home improvement experience.

With over 15 years in the exterior remodeling industry, David’s background spans both the manufacturing and in-home sides of the business. Prior to launching Remod, he held multiple executive leadership roles — including several Vice President positions — with a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing and distribution company. During that time, he worked closely with contractors across the country, gaining a deep understanding of product performance, installation standards, operational discipline, and customer experience.

That experience shaped his perspective.

He saw exceptional companies doing outstanding work. He also saw inconsistent processes, aggressive sales environments, and marketing tactics that left homeowners uneasy.

Remod Exteriors was built to be different.

Today, David personally oversees projects, estimates, and installation standards — ensuring every home receives structured preparation, premium materials, and professional execution.

His focus is simple: protect the homeowner’s investment and deliver long-term value with transparency and integrity.

David lives in West Arvada with his wife, Allie, and their two beautiful children, and takes pride in serving the same community his family calls home.

After spending more than 15 years in the industry — from manufacturing to executive leadership — I’ve learned that the fundamentals matter most: proper preparation, quality materials, honest pricing, and clear communication.
